Yesterday, we began to see the contrast between the choice of Saul and the choice of Dave, and their respective reigns. Saul was a king who walked primarily by sight, whereas David was a king who walked primarily by faith. As we learn more about what it means to be a “man after God’s own heart,” we see that part of it involves walking by faith, and staying obedient to God!
