As we continue looking at the responsibilities of parents, we are seeing that proper goals must be set if childrearing is to be successful. And these goals must be BIBLICAL goals, not worldly goals! Success must be judged by Scripture, not by worldly standards. Also, we must have a proper understanding of theology, particularly of the fact that even children are subject to the Fall of Adam. We are not raising little “angels,” but little sinners who must be shown the right way to live!
