In speaking of the House of the Lord, King David declared, “LORD, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth.” (Ps. 26:8). Elsewhere, he fervently affirms, “One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.” (Ps. 27:4). In this sermon, Elder Buddy Abernathy takes us to scripture after scripture that describes the devotion we ought to have to the place of true worship today: the Church of the Living God!
