In this second sermon on the problem posed by the existence of evil in the world, Pastor Chris McCool further elaborates on the relationship of God to evil (He opposes it!), whether God created evil or not (He didn’t!), and how we should properly view the holiness of God in light of the fallen creation. While these sermons cannot answer all the arguments put forth against God by the atheist, nonetheless we see through these two sermons what the proper biblical view of God and evil should be. If we accept the biblical relationship between God and evil, and then we can see that the existence of evil in the world and the existence of God are not incompatible.
