As we conclude the sermon begun yesterday, we continue to see the similarities between the Trumpet of the Jubilee year, and the gospel message. The Jubilee year was the year that all captives were freed, and the trumpet proclaimed that liberty. The gospel trumpet declares liberty to all those who have been in bondage to sin, and as such we ought to blow it with great zeal and fervor!
