In his exposition of the Book of Revelation, Elder Buddy Abernathy has looked at the introduction to Revelation in chapter 1, and then the letters to the seven churches in Asia Minor in chapters 2 and 3. Today, we begin a new section in Revelation, wherein we change views from earth to heaven. In particular, chapters 4 and 5 give us a view of heaven itself! Remember, the Book of Revelation was written to encourage and uplift those First Century Christians, not frighten them! And this view of heaven will encourage us if we will understand that it is given as a way to help us “keep on keeping on.”
