As we continue looking at the Servant Songs of Isaiah, we come to the Song of the Steadfast Servant. We must remember that all of these “songs” point us to the Messiah, the Suffering Servant Who would deliver His people from their sins. In this song, we read about this Suffering Servant Who “set His face like a flint” toward the completion of the task He had been given to do!
