In Article Six of the Articles of Faith of Zion Primitive Baptist Church, we read the following: “We believe that God’s elect shall be called and regenerated and sanctified by the Holy Ghost.” This is a reference to regeneration, or the “new birth.” In today’s message, we begin looking at the topic of regeneration, and how it occurs by the sovereign will of God.
