Article Two of the Articles of Faith of Zion Primitive Baptist Church reads as follows: WE BELIEVE THAT THE SCRIPTURES OF THE OLD AND NEW TESTAMENT ARE THE WORD OF GOD AND ONLY RULE OF FAITH AND PRACTICE. The charter members of our church, founded in 1847, believed that the Bible is the literal, inspired word of God. Zion Church STILL believes this today! Join us as we begin to look at the issue of divine inspiration.
