Do you remember reading about Rahab the Harlot in the book of Judges? She’s the one who hid the Israeli spies who came to spy out Jericho, the first city taken by the children of Israel in God’s ordained conquest of Canaan. While it seems that her past would exclude her from any serious role in the Kingdom of God, in truth she plays an essential role through faith, and even is listed in the genealogy of Christ Himself!
