Often when we say that someone is “finished,” we mean that they are “done for” – i.e., they have lost the battle, and there’s nothing more they can do. But that is NOT the case with Jesus! His cry from the cross did NOT mean He was “done for,” but rather that He had finished the work that He had been sent to do: to save His people from their sins. Join us as we begin to look at this glorious statement from the cross.
