Today’s message concludes Bro. Abernathy’s examination of “chastening” in Scripture. We certainly do not enjoy chastening while it is occurring; it can be painful and scarring! But as we see from this message, chastening is something that is necessary for our correction, and we ought to be encouraged by the fact that God only chastens His children!
